Zhifeng (Jack) Yang, the founder and principal of Artisan Development LLC, is a hard worker and dedicated real estate entrepreneur and a passionate advocate of China-U.S. real estate investment. Mr. Yang is directly involved in the development of luxury single-family homes and multifamily apartment communities in the state of Connecticut.
Mr. Yang’s diverse background and vision enable him to identify and capture unique opportunities in the real estate market with capital and efficient professional teams. The combination of his hands-on research, thorough analysis, and patient timing has allowed Mr. Yang to discover overlooked real estate opportunities and turn them into success.
Mr. Yang and his team bring together financial strength, construction expertise, and disciplined practice to each project they undertake. Mr. Yang holds an MBA from George Washington University in Washington, D.C., and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Hunan University in Changsha, China.
